Felicia is committed to helping patients be successful in their journey of achieving optimum mental health while helping them identify and do the work to be their best selves. She provides a safe, non-judgmental environment that helps to promote simple yet effective ways to deliver important information and ideas tailored towards the patient’s growth.

Felicia is a patient-focused, versatile professional with 25+ years of experience in healthcare. She has Master’s Degrees in Counseling and in Organization Management. Felicia excels in creating therapeutic relationships with clients, conducting thorough assessments, establishing relevant therapeutic goals, and selecting appropriate interventions.

She is an effective communicator and client advocate, is adept at working with clients to diminish stressors, helps clients identify motivations, aids in building support systems, and helps clients increase normal functioning throughout their everyday lives. Felicia has experience working with diverse age groups and socio-economic populations. She has performed individual and group counseling, substance abuse counseling, recovery skills training, and consultation and outreach. She has also conducted group and individual counseling for adolescents and adults with chronic and severe mental illness. 

Felicia uses a variety of modalities for her therapeutic approach. She hopes that her goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment is a practical approach to unmasking and changing patterns of thinking or behavior.

  • Rev. Dexter Jones, Pastoral Counseling and Men's Groups

    Dexter Jones is an ordained minister of the gospel. He has a passion for programs of evangelism, mission and education. His strong desire to see lives changed has led to a transformational form of leadership in ministry. He sees the need for integration and multi-faceted leadership styles and methods to reach the community within and outside of the Church. Rev Jones believes that it is essential to “live a better sermon than one could ever preach.” He recognizes that everyone is uniquely and wonderfully made by God and encourages them to be who they were created to be. His favorite quote is “I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency”.

  • Bobbie Zabojnik, Administrative Assistant

    Bobbie Zabojnik is our Administrative Assistant with over 30 years of experience working with small to large corporations. Bobbie specializes in administrative technology using progressive systems, including accounting software, mass communication procedures and organizational apps. Bobbie is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude, passion to help others, and tireless energy to always work hard and succeed in making everyone that crosses her path feel unique! Bobbie is inspired daily by our clients, her husband, daughters, and love for her grandchildren. In her free time, Bobbie likes to do Diamond Art Painting, baking with her granddaughters, creating T-Shirt designs with her Cricut, and watching Christmas Movies.
